CBS at St. George - Prayer

Intercessions are offered Sunday in the Prayers of the People...
Daily by the Confraternity of the Blessed Sacrament...
And In Daily Morning Prayer...

St. George’s Blessèd Constance Ward of the Confraternity of the Blessèd Sacrament has begun to play an important part in the prayer life of the parish. The present nineteen members have formed an intercessory prayer group, praying every day for those with special needs. Daily, one of the associates prays before the Blessed Sacrament in St. George’s Chapel, interceding for those whose names parishioners have written in the Parish Intercessions book, and lifting up before God other concerns – local and worldwide.

The intercessions list is in a red notebook next to the tract rack in the choir entrance to the church. All are invited to write their prayer requests on the pages for each week. These intercessions also are included in the Prayers of the People at the Sunday eucharists. Associates also invite E–prayer requests, see below. Associates have the privilege of requesting, through the SecretaryGeneral, the prayers of the whole Confraternity for a special intention.

Confraternity of the Blessed Sacrament
Prayer Request

Intercessions are offered daily before Jesus in his Eucharistic Presence in St. George's Church by Associates of the Confraternity of the Blessed Sacrament. You are invited to request prayers for the sick, suffering, grieving, troubled, the departed, or in thanksgiving for anniversaries, birthdays, or special blessings.

Fill in the below Prayer Request. You may print it out and leave the form in the Sunday offering or the parish office, or mail it to St. George's Church, One West Ardmore Avenue, Ardmore PA 19003.

You also may make your request electronically – fill in the following form and press the submit button to send your E-Prayer Request directly to a Confraternity Associate.

We are currently experiencing problems with the server-side processoring for the E-Prayer Request. In the interim kindly forward your request to:

geonevil@comcast.net

with e-prayer in the subject line. We hope to have this problem resolved soon.
